My wife and I have a New Year&#039;s Eve tradition of a lobster and champagne dinner at home, and this past year I went one step further and made the lobsters poached in beurre monté (or butter poached lobster). But, alas, my presentation looked like a mound of lobster meat in butter cream sauce. Decadently delicious, yes. Photo worthy, no.</description>
