I made the blueberry gallete last week, and today a neighbor brought me a box of just-picked native wild black raspberries....guess where they ended up?? The second galette (Native Black Raspberry) is in the oven right now, and I can't wait to try it! Thanks for the wonderful recipe, I may never fuss with a pie again!
